Steven Puttemans scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikael Rudqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. HEDONISM U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Steven Puttemans scored to the left of an out of position Mikael Rudqvist, making the score, 2-0. HEDONISM U18's Mikael Rudqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save HEDONISM U18 from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, HEDONISM U18's goalkeeper Mikael Rudqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steven Puttemans. After 17 minutes of play, SK Mons's Steven Puttemans made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikael Rudqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mikael Rudqvist made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Nick Daniels sent off a good shot on target. Chen Hai Zhi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Mikael Rudqvist 23 minutes into the match. Trevor Eubank received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mikael Rudqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Puttemans got free with Mikael Rudqvist in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Bogumil Czapski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Rudqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HEDONISM U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Trevor Eubank scored to the left of an out of position Mikael Rudqvist, making the score, 6-0. Mikael Rudqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steven Puttemans in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Bogumil Czapski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mikael Rudqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 45th minute, SK Mons's Bogumil Czapski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. Trevor Eubank received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mikael Rudqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Trevor Eubank slotted it home off the left post making it 9-0 in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nick Daniels struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Mikael Rudqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Mons. After 56 minutes, Zarco Simões mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HEDONISM U18 and the SK Mons players grew even worse after the yellow card. SK Mons's Leif Olofsson was substituted for Bogumil Czapski. After 60 minutes of play, SK Mons's Leif Olofsson made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikael Rudqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Bagge got free with Connor Osmond in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, HEDONISM U18's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Puttemans came free, but Mikael Rudqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Şeref Erez fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Mons's protests and gave Şeref Erez a yellow card for diving instead. Şeref Erez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Ulici in the 70th minute of play forced HEDONISM U18's goalkeeper Mikael Rudqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SK Mons getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gust Van Dijck hit a great ball. In the 76th minute of the match Harald Boberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Connor Osmond skillfully saved the ball. Connor Osmond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Haström in the 78th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, SK Mons's Leif Olofsson made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikael Rudqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Costel Calini hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, HEDONISM U18's Costel Calini got a free kick in the 88th minute. Christoph Van den Berch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikael Rudqvist. HEDONISM U18's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 89 played minutes HEDONISM U18 got a freekick which was hit by Costel Calini. Connor Osmond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rune Bagge in the 92nd minute. Cornel Ulici might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mikael Rudqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cornel Ulici ran back to his position shaking his head. When SK Mons's Cornel Ulici in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HEDONISM U18's goalie prevented a goal. If Cornel Ulici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SK Mons were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of HEDONISM U18 for a fine match.
