János Moravecz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Pinheiro in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, SÉ SE's Wen Bing Liang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Goicoechea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of SÉ SE booed when GRÊMIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gustavo Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball.
