Sacando del Medio's Bernardo Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Sundström in the 28th minute of play. But to his dismay, Artemio Odol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artemio Odol to make the kick off. Hampus Albohm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacando del Medio. In the 90th minute Artemio Odol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampus Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sacando del Medio's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristobal Kelemen in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute Rein Douwes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Loren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sacando del Medio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
