After recieving a nice pass, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Oswaldo Maranhense tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Maurice Himschoot threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gwidon Cwojdak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 余永川 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maurice Himschoot came out and tried to block the shot, but 余永川 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 12th minute. Arthur Bufi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ožbalt Ajdič in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, 余永川 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Maurice Himschoot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Paulo Dante hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Čerina came free, but Arthur Bufi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save NK FOLKROLA from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot got control of the ball when 余永川 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arthur Bufi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gwidon Cwojdak was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodor Čerina got free with Arthur Bufi in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind NK FOLKROLA's goalkeeper Maurice Himschoot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 余永川 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71stth minute of the game 余永川 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Fan in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 余永川 in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurice Himschoot saved NK FOLKROLA from getting behind. Arthur Bufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Melet in the 93rd minute of play. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Gualter Meirelles was substituted for Pedro Paulo Dante. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube made a substitution. Cristi Saron replaced Oswaldo Maranhense. NK FOLKROLA were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. John Melet took the corner. NK FOLKROLA's John Melet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arthur Bufi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard and well directed shot from John Melet led 97 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-5. When the final whistle sounded NK FOLKROLA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cruzeiro Esporte Clube.
