Vilhelm Bokelund was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Vennerkvist got free with Stamen Andonov in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stamen Andonov made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Bernt Vennerkvist sent off a good shot on target. Azibar Romerano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Casper Eckegren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Stamen Andonov made a huge save. The Hisingen IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Overal Peru were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casper Eckegren was the one to do the kick off. Vilhelm Bokelund took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stamen Andonov. Stamen Andonov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Mattias Gabrielsson fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hisingen IK's protests and gave Mattias Gabrielsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Hisingen IK got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Gabrielsson. A collision led to Hisingen IK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bernt Vennerkvist hit a great ball. If Fonso Villagarcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Wester kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Overal Peru's Astigar Blea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgar Ström. That made the score 1-2 after 62 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Overal Peru's Maximino Alvaredo got a free kick in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Overal Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Smedfeldt came free, but Stamen Andonov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jarl Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Overal Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Wester came free, but Stamen Andonov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Casper Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamen Andonov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Hisingen IK's protests and gave Bertil Söderqwist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Bertil Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hisingen IK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bengt-Arne Wester hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hisingen IK's zone, Azibar Romerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Ström came out of the goal and Azibar Romerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stamen Andonov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Smedfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fonso Villagarcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Edgar Ström made a huge save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
