Atilla Kağan Uzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iason Plexioudas having to interfere. After 12 played minutes MELATES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Rakowski. Clube Atlético Palhocense's Luís Fernando França got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, 卓风康 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Clube Atlético Palhocense's Luís Fernando França nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iason Plexioudas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to MELATES F.C. getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Panos Chasiotis hit a great ball. Luís Fernando França blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iason Plexioudas having to make a save. Iason Plexioudas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vânderson Guimarães went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Atilla Kağan Uzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iason Plexioudas having to interfere. Iason Plexioudas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Kağan Uzman in the 28th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, Clube Atlético Palhocense's Luís Fernando França made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iason Plexioudas was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Clube Atlético Palhocense's Mauro Barreto got control of the ball when Norbert Rakowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to MELATES F.C. getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Norbert Rakowski hit a great ball. Iason Plexioudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iason Plexioudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Iason Plexioudas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanniek Swin in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Clube Atlético Palhocense were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norbert Rakowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Atilla Kağan Uzman struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Iason Plexioudas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Atlético Palhocense. Duda de Mendonça hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Mauro Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Rakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Clube Atlético Palhocense's Luís Fernando França slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iason Plexioudas. That made the score 0-4 after 57 minutes of play. Vânderson Guimarães was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Atilla Kağan Uzmans short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Iason Plexioudas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. MELATES F.C. were furious when Valentinos Georgakoglou was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Clube Atlético Palhocense's Marcelo Almeida was substituted for Danilo Nóbrega. In a very dangerous position, a player in MELATES F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! In the 74th minute Atilla Kağan Uzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iason Plexioudas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atilla Kağan Uzman in the 79th minute. Iason Plexioudas was a little too slow when Atilla Kağan Uzman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-5. The MELATES F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Clube Atlético Palhocense were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
