With his leg Hisham Abdul Nasser managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when FC Bad Company's Giorgos Raftis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stamatis Bountos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Miyaz in the 22nd minute of play. Bashar Al Azra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Akram Munahid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Bountos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Lotfi El Makhtoub was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Líbano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bad Company the free kick. FC Bad Company made a substitution. Trifon Spanatos replaced Michalis Katsaros. 43 minutes into the match, Líbano's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Raftis came free, but Hisham Abdul Nasser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
