Roland Renoux started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Renoux in the 5th minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Ovidijus Merkelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deimantas Satkus came free, but Feijo Zárate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Renoux in the 12th minute of the match. The corner ended in Eitautas Ivoška almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhang Ang Zhen in the 23rd minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Ovidijus Merkelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feijo Zárate came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Deimantas Satkus. But to his dismay, Deimantas Satkus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Deimantas Satkus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feijo Zárate. HORTALEZA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deimantas Satkus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deimantas Satkus came free, but Feijo Zárate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Feijo Zárate had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferrer Acha. 37 minutes in the game Juan Guerrero did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Macerio Zaplana. 39 minutes into the match, Deimantas Satkus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feijo Zárate. HORTALEZA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deimantas Satkus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deimantas Satkus to strike the kick off in the second half. Feijo Zárate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deimantas Satkus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Zenonas Lopeta put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Geležinis Vilkas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! Ovidijus Merkelis had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Glauke Mihas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Glauke Mihas led 58 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-1. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galsino Vilanova in the 61st minute of play. Roland Renoux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ovidijus Merkelis made a huge save. Ovidijus Merkelis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Renoux's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68th match minute, HORTALEZA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galsino Vilanova to maneuver through the defense. HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deimantas Satkus in the 71st minute of play. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Galsino Vilanova in the 72nd minute of the match. Deimantas Satkus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Geležinis Vilkas's Eitautas Ivoška got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deimantas Satkus in the 84th minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Feijo Zárate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deimantas Satkus struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Feijo Zárate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geležinis Vilkas. 89 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deimantas Satkus came free, but Feijo Zárate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Renoux received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ovidijus Merkelis came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Renoux slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 90th minute. Zhang Ang Zhen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ovidijus Merkelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th match minute, Geležinis Vilkas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deimantas Satkus to maneuver through the defense.
