Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Walmir Pombal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ignacio Mahuzier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Pombal in the 3rd minute of play. Fabiano Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ignacio Mahuzier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 8 minutes, Walmir Pombal made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. INTER's Ignacio Mahuzier tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Miguel Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 played minutes INTER got a freekick which was hit by Kostas Briakos. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Ignacio Mahuzier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ignacio Mahuzier didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Pombal in the 21st minute of play forced INTER's goalkeeper Ignacio Mahuzier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Walmir Pombal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catugi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With an all-out effort, Catugi FC's Ignacio Mahuzier threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Walmir Pombal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. INTER's Ignacio Mahuzier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save INTER from getting a goal against them. Ignacio Mahuzier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmir Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to INTER getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Konstantinos Kouros hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Ignacio Mahuzier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Briakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Walmir Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walmir Pombal got free with Ignacio Mahuzier in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute, Walmir Pombal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ignacio Mahuzier, passed just outside the right post. In the 47th minute, Abdi Kıvılcım hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kostas Briakos made a kick off. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ernesto de Amaral hit a great ball. INTER's Ignacio Mahuzier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Maranhense in the 54th minute of play. Loukas Ikonomopoulos hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Theodosis Kasselakis hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walmir Pombal in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Mahuzier saved INTER from getting behind. Reko Nybacka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostas Briakos in the 63rd minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Walmir Pombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INTER's Ignacio Mahuzier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Fabiano Maranhense sped through INTER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignacio Mahuzier. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Catugi FC from getting a goal against them. Walmir Pombal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Mahuzier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Markos Kalabalikis in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reko Nybacka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kostas Briakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Reko Nybacka made a huge save. Walmir Pombal scored 6-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Mahuzier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Walmir Pombal put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ignacio Mahuzier. Walmir Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Mahuzier came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Catugi FC's Walmir Pombal. But to his dismay, Walmir Pombal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Catugi FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of INTER for a fine match.
