After a rather tough play, FC Unterrudling's Federico Girotti got a free kick in the 8th minute. 巩翔傲 got in the 9th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Karl Jemella handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by 巩翔傲 in the 10th minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lütfullah Taycan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Federico Girotti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henning Heringer. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Federico Girotti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Heringer. PoznanGalaxy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Girotti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Felix Mosen fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Unterrudling's protests and gave Felix Mosen a yellow card for diving instead. Felix Mosen hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Henning Heringer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hong Li Chuan in the 26th minute of play. Oskar Andrzejewski made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Federico Girotti immediately put the ball in play. 巩翔傲 hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. PoznanGalaxy's Henning Heringer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save PoznanGalaxy from getting a goal against them. Karl Jemella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 巩翔傲 in the 47th minute of the match. After 48 minutes FC Unterrudling's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peter Grommers who took care of the corner kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 巩翔傲 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Girotti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of PoznanGalaxy booed when FC Unterrudling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Musacchio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oalo Kara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Jemella having to interfere. FC Unterrudling's Carolo Cambranes was substituted for Salvador Musacchio. PoznanGalaxy made a substitution. Luis Piepenburg replaced Obbo Tippelt. Federico Girotti scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Heringer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute Carolo Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Heringer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Girotti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henning Heringer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. FC Unterrudling's Aquiles Francis was substituted for Hong Li Chuan. PoznanGalaxy made a substitution. Stefan Makowski replaced Adam Kremers. FC Unterrudling's Xande Xande was substituted for Federico Girotti. The corner went over the outstretched arms of PoznanGalaxy's goalie and right to Fang Sheng Yu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. PoznanGalaxy's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Karl Jemella made an important save on a dangerous shot by 巩翔傲 in the 86th minute. Paul Vertefeuille hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute of the match Peter Grommers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Jemella skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute, Fang Sheng Yu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xande Xande struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Henning Heringer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Unterrudling. In the 96thth minute of the game Xande Xande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PoznanGalaxy's Henning Heringer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PoznanGalaxy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
