It was a well-played corner which Lütfullah Taycan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 巩翔傲 in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Jemella saved FC Unterrudling from getting behind. When 巩翔傲 came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the PoznanGalaxy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 巩翔傲 couldn't finish the play. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henning Heringer. Henning Heringer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Girotti in the 19th minute of play forced PoznanGalaxy's goalkeeper Henning Heringer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PoznanGalaxy's Henning Heringer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Girotti in the 20th minute of play. Oalo Kara took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Jemella. Karl Jemella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in PoznanGalaxy's zone, Federico Girotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Heringer came out of the goal and Federico Girotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Minda Sagaseta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, PoznanGalaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Girotti came free, but Henning Heringer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Unterrudling were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after PoznanGalaxy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Redondo took the corner. FC Unterrudling's attentive Xacobo Posada managed to snatch the ball when Manfred Krome made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Henning Heringer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Girotti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Girotti in the 39th minute of play forced PoznanGalaxy's goalkeeper Henning Heringer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Minda Sagaseta made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Unterrudling's Paul Vertefeuille. Paul Vertefeuille blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henning Heringer having to make a save. When Federico Girotti came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Unterrudling fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Girotti couldn't finish the play. Peter Grommers kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute 巩翔傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Jemella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Jemella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 巩翔傲 in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 巩翔傲 was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Federico Girotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Heringer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind PoznanGalaxy's goalkeeper Henning Heringer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Xande Xande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Xande Xande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xande Xande scored 1-3 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Heringer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
