Baltazar Pemjean had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Andrei Ivan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 18th match minute, Corinthians FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Hondaro to maneuver through the defense. Baltazar Pemjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Romo in the 20th minute of play. If Andrei Ivan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Flores in the 59th minute of play forced Corinthians FC's goalkeeper Baltazar Pemjean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar Pemjean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Romo in the 70th minute of the match.
