The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s Elton Safadão slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavio Berrios. That made the score 2-0 after 8 minutes of play. Fausto Preuss who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Octavio Berrios when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Cuenca FC's Octavio Berrios got control of the ball when Fausto Preuss tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elton Safadão in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Berrios saved Cuenca FC from getting behind. After 29 minutes of play, ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s Fausto Preuss made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Berrios was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fausto Preuss managed to get in a good position for a shot. ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Preuss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Berrios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Octavio Berrios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elton Safadão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s corner Tom Etii fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Octavio Berrios quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Elton Safadão sped through Cuenca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavio Berrios. When ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s Elton Safadão in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cuenca FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute, Meng Yun Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Berrios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Preuss in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elton Safadão made a kick off. 50 minutes into the match, ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s goalkeeper Bertil Hagberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erick Gonta. 52 minutes into the game, Erick Gonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuenca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆ the free kick. Octavio Berrios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elton Safadão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cuenca FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edmundo Sorriva hit a great ball. Bertil Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Betancur in the 55th minute of play. Elton Safadão scored 6-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Berrios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Elton Safadão sped through Cuenca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavio Berrios. Candelario Arainz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Octavio Berrios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Preuss in the 70th minute of the match. Octavio Berrios came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆'s Fausto Preuss. But to his dismay, Fausto Preuss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. 74 minutes into the game, Fausto Preuss cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Octavio Berrios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Elton Safadão came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elton Safadão couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cuenca FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Erick Gonta hit a great ball. Fausto Preuss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Elton Safadão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuenca FC's Octavio Berrios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Cuenca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Preuss came free, but Octavio Berrios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Elton Safadão, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Octavio Berrios was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With his leg Bertil Hagberg managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Cuenca FC's Erick Gonta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tom Etii kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ≮Empire≯风云☆泉州黄狮☆ fully deserved thier win.
