The corner ended in Stig-Åke Vacker almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Eintracht Cernavoda's Ionică Corcoveanu did a great save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Baldomiro Nardo made the kick off in the second half. Ionică Corcoveanu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Baldomiro Nardo sent off a good shot on target. Dexter Morgan VR46's Bob Marley got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Bob Marley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ionică Corcoveanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stig-Åke Vacker during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Dexter Morgan VR46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Åke Vacker to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Codrin Izbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Guerrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bob Marley might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ionică Corcoveanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bob Marley ran back to his position shaking his head. Baldomiro Nardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 98thth minute, Ionică Corcoveanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Dexter Morgan VR46 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dexter Morgan VR46 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
