Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torrey Molloy in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean-Marie Sanquer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5thth minute of the game Torrey Molloy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torrey Molloy in the 7th minute of play. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loïc Curt in the 11th minute of play. Hercule Basque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Inge Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Wielkopolski in the 19th minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorvald Egfjord in the 20th minute of play. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Mondon in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Torrey Molloy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Marie Sanquer was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, David Rios made a precise shot to the right of Jean-Marie Sanquer. Perthes United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Édouard Vie hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Torrey Molloy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Armand Mondon made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Brujas KV's Zygmunt Wielkopolski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jean-Marie Sanquer. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. Jean-Marie Sanquer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Óli Manfredi in the 58th minute. Jean-Marie Sanquer was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Óli Manfredi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Óli Manfredi really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 62nd minute Yu Liang Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Marie Sanquer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Jean-Marie Sanquer managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Brujas KV's Óli Manfredi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 68th minute, Zygmunt Wielkopolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brujas KV made a substitution. Octavio Rosio replaced David Rios. Zygmunt Wielkopolski hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes Perthes United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thorvald Egfjord who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Brujas KV's corner Thorvald Egfjord fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jean-Marie Sanquer quite easily take care of the ball. Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Rosio in the 80th minute of play. Jean-Marie Sanquer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Óli Manfredi in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Octavio Rosio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Marie Sanquer was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Jean-Marie Sanquer was a little too slow when Zygmunt Wielkopolski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-5. The Perthes United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brujas KV were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
