In the last second Luiz Fabiano de Lima throw himself and got hold of the ball when Valentino Ricci in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After taking down the ball on FUF F.C's corner Atabek Ula fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luiz Fabiano de Lima quite easily take care of the ball. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Luiz Fabiano de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentino Ricci in the 17th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, FUF F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Di Yuan Liang came free, but Aurelio Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Di Yuan Liang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Lehen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentino Ricci made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabek Ula in the 52nd minute of play forced Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cao Yao Shi charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cao Yao Shi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pombal 2003 F.C. booed when FUF F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cao Yao Shi didn't get a good kick on the ball. FUF F.C's Momo Sampler was substituted for Sergio Bihar. After 57 played minutes FUF F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cao Yao Shi. 62 minutes into the game, Betão Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FUF F.C the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, Pombal 2003 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 63 minutes, Morjan Al Ateqi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FUF F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Morjan Al Ateqi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FUF F.C's Aurelio Lehen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save FUF F.C from getting a goal against them. After 67 minutes FUF F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermínio Moraes who took care of the corner kick. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Hermínio Moraes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aurelio Lehen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano de Lima, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Fabiano de Lima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Momo Sampler went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Luiz Fabiano de Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Momo Sampler, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Hermínio Moraes hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Momo Sampler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Fabiano de Lima having to make a save. 79 minutes into the match, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Momo Sampler came free, but Luiz Fabiano de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Momo Sampler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Dalimil Kylar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute of the match Atabek Ula sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Fabiano de Lima skillfully saved the ball.
