The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Xavier got free with Michel Hendrickx in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Xavier in the 5th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Isaias Matas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fabiano Vaz. ARON FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Matas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Fabiano Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A well-hit corner resulted in Thys Lenoir heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Matas in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Matas in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Fabiano Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Edu Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Catalino Rivarola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fabiano Vaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th minute, Isaias Matas made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fabiano Vaz. ARON FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 29 minutes into the game, Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Fabiano Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Isaias Matas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Matas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Luís Fabiano Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Isaias Matas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luís Fabiano Vaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Matas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 51st minute. Luís Fabiano Vaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaias Matas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 54 minute of play. With a little luck, ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz got control of the ball when Isaias Matas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, ARON FC's goalkeeper Luís Fabiano Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Matas. If Isaias Matas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luís Fabiano Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Matas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in ARON FC's zone, Catalino Rivarola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fabiano Vaz came out of the goal and Catalino Rivarola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olavarria FC made a substitution. Ervigio Ojeda replaced Isaias Matas. Luís Fabiano Vaz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. In the 71st minute Ervigio Ojeda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fabiano Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Ervigio Ojeda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olavarria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. In the 75th minute, Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Fabiano Vaz. Luís Fabiano Vaz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. In the 79th minute Oséas Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Hendrickx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edu Proença went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute, Ervigio Ojeda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olavarria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-11. After 93 played minutes Olavarria FC got a freekick which was hit by Ervigio Ojeda. When the match was over Olavarria FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ARON FC throughout the match.
