In the 4th minute Horácio Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's Jun Osborne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Prestes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute Jun Osborne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jun Osborne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Percival Prestes was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Cristóvão Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Percival Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şehzade Afgan in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Fernandes got free with Jeremias Vedillo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alfredo Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Cleto Pasqual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Percival Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şehzade Afgan in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's Şehzade Afgan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Prestes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the REAL VASCO RIO defense, Şehzade Afgan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Percival Prestes. The REAL VASCO RIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Percival Prestes should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jun Osborne to strike the kick off in the second half. In the last second Percival Prestes throw himself and got hold of the ball when Şehzade Afgan in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Şehzade Afgans short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Percival Prestes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 57th match minute, C.A.M.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Pasqual to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by REAL VASCO RIO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cleto Pasqual was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A.M.P's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Şehzade Afgan got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 60 minutes into the match. C.A.M.P made a substitution. Ciriaco Mannuel replaced Adolfo Mendiko. C.A.M.P's Matia Sule was substituted for Desiderio Vargas. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şehzade Afgan in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Percival Prestes saved REAL VASCO RIO from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Cleto Pasqual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şehzade Afgan scored 0-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Percival Prestes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, REAL VASCO RIO's Percival Prestes got control of the ball when Şehzade Afgan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şehzade Afgan had several of the REAL VASCO RIO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Percival Prestes as he didn't even see the shot coming. When C.A.M.P's Şehzade Afgan in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye REAL VASCO RIO's goalie prevented a goal. Percival Prestes made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Şehzade Afgan sent off a good shot on target. After 92 minutes, Durvalino Sarmento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the REAL VASCO RIO and the C.A.M.P players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şehzade Afgan got free with Percival Prestes in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of C.A.M.P booed when REAL VASCO RIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by REAL VASCO RIO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cleto Pasqual was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A.M.P's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Cleto Pasqual got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Percival Prestes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. C.A.M.P's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
