Evelio Pes started the match with the kick off. Theo Hayles in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mattias Valström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christian Skoglund took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reynaldo Stephen. Reynaldo Stephen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Skoglund in the 9th minute of play. After some careless play in the Granarna defense, Evelio Pes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Valström. The Granarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Valström should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute, Mariano Gorosti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mattias Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Pes in the 15th minute of the match. Reynaldo Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Skoglund in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Christian Skoglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Stephen was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Evelio Pes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Valström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Mattias Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Pes in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Granarna's Arsen Daja got a free kick in the 25th minute. Luisito Bikendi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Valström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Christian Skoglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Stephen having to interfere. Mattias Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Pes in the 34th minute of the match. With a little luck, Granarna's Mattias Valström got control of the ball when Theo Hayles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rogelio Claris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Måns Beckeman struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Reynaldo Stephen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Granarna. In the 46th minute, Theo Hayles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Skoglund was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Granarna got a freekick which was hit by Christian Skoglund. 56 minutes into the match, Granarna's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Pes came free, but Mattias Valström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Granarna's Alexander Blanck got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Evelio Pes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Valström was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Måns Beckeman made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Club Sportivo Italiano's Wilhelm Steinitz. In the 68th minute Evelio Pes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute of the game Måns Beckeman made a throw-in which Christian Skoglund played forward. Mattias Valström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Claris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Valström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theo Hayles went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Reynaldo Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Beckeman in the 83rd minute of play.
