With a couple of smart ball manuevers 顾笑源 in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amílton Bezerra saved Nunes FC from getting behind. In the 16th match minute, Nunes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Fantini to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by 顾笑源 in the 18th minute of play forced Nunes FC's goalkeeper Amílton Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, 顾笑源 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Payasitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but 顾笑源 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, 顾笑源 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amílton Bezerra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Los Payasitos's 顾笑源 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílton Bezerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Los Payasitos's goalkeeper Eduardo Coyences had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Oskar Åkerberg. In the 35th minute, 顾笑源 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amílton Bezerra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 顾笑源 in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amílton Bezerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 顾笑源 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Payasitos's 顾笑源 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amílton Bezerra. That made the score 0-5 after 51 minutes of play. The referee ignored Los Payasitos's protests and gave Joaquín Vásquez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Los Payasitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquín Vásquez to maneuver through the defense. When 顾笑源 came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Los Payasitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 顾笑源 couldn't finish the play. When Los Payasitos's 顾笑源 in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nunes FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-6 when 顾笑源 sped through Nunes FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amílton Bezerra. The Los Payasitos fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Los Payasitos's 顾笑源 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when 顾笑源 got free with Amílton Bezerra in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
