The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of PTC Pabianice booed when Santos de Buenos Aires FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Gipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Plaski in the 15th minute of play forced Santos de Buenos Aires FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Santos de Buenos Aires FC were awarded a corner. Matias Remir went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Danilo Seber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Borys Wolnik was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Borys Wolnik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio James in the 46th minute of play. The PTC Pabianice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santos de Buenos Aires FC were winning 1-2.

Santos de Buenos Aires FC made a substitution. Raimundo Joey replaced Rafael Gipuzkoa. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Gondela to strike the kick off in the second half. Albino Canor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Borys Wolnik made a huge save.
