The throw-in from Vasco Gentil in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Türk Polis Gücü's 尹林旭. Zé Dos Reis took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Facundo Altamirano. Facundo Altamirano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 21st minute, Zé Dos Reis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Facundo Altamirano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Zé Dos Reis scored 0-4 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Facundo Altamirano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Cruz Credo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maravilla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. If Zé Dos Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edmund Dulemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Marin in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Marin to strike the kick off in the second half. If Nemanja Vidić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Credo in the 54th minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Edmund Dulemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Credo in the 58th minute of play. Zaid Cevahir had several of the Maravilla's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-8 score and a disappointed Facundo Altamirano as he didn't even see the shot coming. 91 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Zaid Cevahir came free, but Facundo Altamirano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Maravilla:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Türk Polis Gücü:s goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Türk Polis Gücü eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
