Harald Fridlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Attilio Di Loreto went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Attilio Di Loreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Harald Fridlund made a huge save. Attilio Di Loreto took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harald Fridlund. Harald Fridlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Attilio Di Loreto in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Fridlund saved The Green Fairies from getting behind. Di Han Guo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Lindholm went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, The Green Fairies's Kurt Myr got a free kick in the 24th minute. Harald Fridlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attilio Di Loreto in the 26th minute. Lipa KS's Attilio Di Loreto got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, The Green Fairies's Harald Fridlund got control of the ball when Attilio Di Loreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Lipa KS's Attilio Di Loreto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Harald Fridlund. Harald Fridlund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. After 36 played minutes Lipa KS got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Lagiewniki. The supporters of Lipa KS booed when The Green Fairies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Răuțchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Lipa KS's Wincenty Lagiewniki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harald Fridlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Attilio Di Loreto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Harald Fridlund came out and tried to block the shot, but Attilio Di Loreto slotted it home off the left post making it 6-1 in the 44th minute. If Attilio Di Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Harald Fridlund made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Attilio Di Loreto sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Attilio Di Loreto to make the kick off. Harald Fridlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Di Loreto in the 52nd minute of the match. Di Han Guo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Per-Erik Juhlin sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Ignacy Pryputnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harald Fridlund. The Green Fairies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacy Pryputnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Attilio Di Loreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harald Fridlund having to make a save. Lipa KS's Arkadiusz Juszkowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Harald Fridlund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Harald Fridlund came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Lipa KS's Gürhan Arkan. But to his dismay, Gürhan Arkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrice Coker in the 82nd minute of play forced Lipa KS's goalkeeper Di Han Guo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lipa KS fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Green Fairies had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
