Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Belcho Hlebarov started the match with the kick off. Radowit Hetman hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Sylwester Penkalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Anzhelo Gerushin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelius Bjørgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belcho Hlebarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anzhelo Gerushin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ståle Skogli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Severin Indahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belcho Hlebarov in the 23rd minute of play forced AEK FC's goalkeeper Cornelius Bjørgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Penkalski came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Toncho Súrbinski put in a rough tackle. In the 28th minute Tore Strømsnes managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. With a little luck, ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin got control of the ball when Ståle Skogli tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bogdan Belberov came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the ЦСКА fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Belberov couldn't finish the play. Belcho Hlebarov took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelius Bjørgo. Cornelius Bjørgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Penkalski in the 37th minute of play forced ЦСКА's goalkeeper Anzhelo Gerushin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Belcho Hlebarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelius Bjørgo. AEK FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belcho Hlebarov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Cornelius Bjørgo came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by ЦСКА's Belcho Hlebarov. But to his dismay, Belcho Hlebarov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After the first half ЦСКА were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Sylwester Penkalski made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind AEK FC's goalkeeper Cornelius Bjørgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ЦСКА's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivelin Ananiev in the 58th minute. The corner led ЦСКА's Ivelin Ananiev to fire away a dangerous shot which Cornelius Bjørgo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Belcho Hlebarov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anzhelo Gerushin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylwester Penkalski in the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Ivelin Ananiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anzhelo Gerushin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severin Indahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Severin Indahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AEK FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After 81 minutes, Finn Eidsvåg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AEK FC and the ЦСКА players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Finn Eidsvåg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Penkalski came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ЦСКА getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bogdan Belberov hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severin Indahl in the 87th minute of play forced ЦСКА's goalkeeper Anzhelo Gerushin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Severin Indahl came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anzhelo Gerushin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Espen Heltne, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ЦСКА's zone, Severin Indahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anzhelo Gerushin came out of the goal and Severin Indahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when Severin Indahl came free, but Anzhelo Gerushin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anzhelo Gerushin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ståle Skogli in the 96th minute of the match.
