Eloy Romano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Sebes, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cintya Palacios in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Romano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, FIORITO CITY's Eloy Romano got control of the ball when Cintya Palacios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cintya Palacios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Eloy Romano made a huge save. Raul Jakobe made in the 17th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabricio Qwinton however managed to control. Balázs Sebes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloy Romano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Dida Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Raul Jakobe in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hoberg United's Claudio-Paul Pirinchev. In the 33rd minute Balázs Sebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hoberg United were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after FIORITO CITY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaroslaw Teofila took the corner. 37 minutes into the match, FIORITO CITY's goalkeeper Eloy Romano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cintya Palacios. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cintya Palacios got free with Eloy Romano in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy Romano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cintya Palacios's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd match minute, FIORITO CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Cibran to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Cintya Palacios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Romano was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 46thth minute of the game Cintya Palacios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FIORITO CITY's Eloy Romano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hoberg United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodrigo Braña was slow to take the kick. During this time FIORITO CITY's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rodrigo Braña almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hoberg United's Dida Martins did a great save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
55 minutes into the match, FIORITO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Balázs Sebes came free, but Eloy Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Romano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Grønnow in the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 minutes FIORITO CITY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaroslaw Teofila who took care of the corner kick. Eloy Romano came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios. But to his dismay, Cintya Palacios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 68 minutes into the game, Balázs Sebes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Eloy Romano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the match, Cintya Palacios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eloy Romano. FIORITO CITY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cintya Palacios was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Eloy Romano came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios. But to his dismay, Cintya Palacios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind FIORITO CITY's goalkeeper Eloy Romano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute Balázs Sebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Balázs Sebes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hoberg United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Eloy Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cintya Palacios in the 82nd minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hoberg United had won after a very even match.
