The audience was convinced that Alvino Serre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Krzysztof Lodowy was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Aron Skoglund got a throw-in 46 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zack Alderson. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gez Little was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Toby Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Sindo to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes, Ampthill FC's Thor Eriksson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Krzysztof Lodowy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gez Little in the 60th minute of play forced Toby Futbol Club's goalkeeper Krzysztof Lodowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Toby Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zack Alderson came free, but Krzysztof Lodowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Libertad in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Abeijon saved Ampthill FC from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Toby Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zack Alderson came free, but Krzysztof Lodowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gez Little in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krzysztof Lodowy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Zack Alderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toby Futbol Club made a substitution. Isaac Valiente replaced Delmiro Quinto. Krzysztof Lodowy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Potts in the 77th minute of the match. Toby Futbol Club were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Ampthill FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Froilan Kaxen took the corner. The corner ended in Froilan Kaxen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ampthill FC's Bernardo Abeijon did a great save. Toby Futbol Club's Isaac Valiente quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Neil Ginn, made in the 88th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Gez Little shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Lodowy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Thor Eriksson in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Toby Futbol Club's Isaac Valiente.
