Koronis Corona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Licerio having to make a save. Pingos Futbol Club's Marcial Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koronis Corona in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Pingos Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Koronis Corona came free, but Marcial Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Koronis Corona made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Licerio. Pingos Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Alejo Osoitz in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by HuaHin City's Pimarn Pansri. Javier Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Koronis Corona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HuaHin City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Marcial Licerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koronis Corona's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The HuaHin City fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when HuaHin City's Koronis Corona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koronis Corona in the 24th minute of play forced Pingos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Marcial Licerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, HuaHin City's Koronis Corona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Licerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. HuaHin City's Heriberto Haedo got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koronis Corona in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Koronis Corona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcial Licerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koronis Corona, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to Pingos Futbol Club getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Honorio Tancredo hit a great ball. Marcial Licerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Kolberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Koronis Corona managed to get in a good position for a shot. HuaHin City's supporters rose to their feet, but Koronis Corona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Licerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabriel Kolberg kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koronis Corona was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Marcial Licerio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 55 minutes into the match, HuaHin City's Koronis Corona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Licerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Javier Cefero made a precise shot to the right of Killian Armada. HuaHin City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Pingos Futbol Club made a substitution. Faustino Feliu replaced Alejo Osoitz. If Koronis Corona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Marcial Licerio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 66 played minutes Pingos Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Feliu. Pingos Futbol Club's Marcial Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koronis Corona in the 67th minute of play. Marcial Licerio came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by HuaHin City's Koronis Corona. But to his dismay, Koronis Corona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Koronis Corona got free with Marcial Licerio in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Javier Cefero kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Martinez in the 92nd minute of play forced HuaHin City's goalkeeper Killian Armada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. HuaHin City walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
