Basilio Jobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koronis Corona in the 13th minute of play. Watee Hangpit might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Jobo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Watee Hangpit ran back to his position shaking his head. Killian Armada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Pasqual in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koronis Corona in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Jobo saved Club Atlethico Talleres from getting behind. Killian Armada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Killian Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koronis Corona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Koronis Corona came free, but Basilio Jobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Koronis Corona put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Basilio Jobo. After 47 played minutes Club Atlethico Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Ourente. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koronis Corona made a kick off. Basilio Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koronis Corona, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Club Atlethico Talleres's Basilio Jobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heriberto Haedo in the 55th minute of play. Koronis Corona ran back to his position shaking his head. Heriberto Haedo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Club Atlethico Talleres made a substitution. Ernesto Estavan replaced Augusto Frechoso. A collision led to HuaHin City getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Heriberto Haedo hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Filomeno Pasqual left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlethico Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlethico Talleres's zone, Koronis Corona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Jobo came out of the goal and Koronis Corona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basilio Jobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heriberto Haedo in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Koronis Corona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Jobo was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Killian Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Odon in the 92nd minute of the match. The HuaHin City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HuaHin City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
