Thanks to some nice moves Okelola Ibileke could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Kenn Kuberg however easily saved by the left post. Dumetochukwu Obeyera hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan-Benjamin Hula in the 6th minute of play forced LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Chukwuhaenye Adegoke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 defense, Anti Kodu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chukwuhaenye Adegoke. The LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chukwuhaenye Adegoke should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Indiana Jones during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Indiana Jones hit a great ball. Okelola Ibileke came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kenn Kuberg could save by the left post. Chukwuhaenye Adegoke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan-Benjamin Hula in the 34th minute of the match. Chukwuhaenye Adegoke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anti Kodu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Chukwuhaenye Adegoke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anti Kodu in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skellerup FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dumetochukwu Obeyera was slow to take the kick. During this time LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 44 minutes, Patrick Viera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skellerup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Viera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Anti Kodu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Chukwuhaenye Adegoke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Skellerup FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anti Kodu was the one to do the kick off. Anti Kodu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Chukwuhaenye Adegoke made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Skellerup FC's Stefan-Benjamin Hula slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chukwuhaenye Adegoke. That made the score 0-4 after 54 minutes of play. Chukwuhaenye Adegoke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anti Kodu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Anti Kodu scored 0-5 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chukwuhaenye Adegoke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65thth minute of the game Anti Kodu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Chukwuhaenye Adegoke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 68 in the game by Anti Kodu from a close distance when the talented Chukwuhaenye Adegoke managed to make a qualified save. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's players were relieved. With his leg Chukwuhaenye Adegoke managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Skellerup FC's Anti Kodu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
