Josef Bém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaakko Ramstadius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enis Barkan came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Palmquist could save by the left post. With a little luck, Granate's Jonathan Palmquist got control of the ball when Marcos Gaitan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Gaitan struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Palmquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tottenham Hotspur FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Tottenham Hotspur FC's Hadi Baler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Palmquist. That made the score 1-2 after 47 minutes of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Christos Triantafyllou made the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes, Granate's Usko Ruuttu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josef Bém came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granate reached it. After a rather tough play, Granate's Lucio Serapio got a free kick in the 62nd minute.
