The supporters of Brooklyn SC booed when Deportivo Kadorna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Đuro Ruggeri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes Deportivo Kadorna got a freekick which was hit by Long Jing Liang. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The throw-in from Bryan Hodgson in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Brooklyn SC's Rickey Ewing. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Jonas Cole got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Densill 杨天剑 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jospeh McNally tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brooklyn SC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Deportivo Kadorna had won, even though Brooklyn SC had held more of the ball.
