Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Todd Gronow got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Esporte Club Bahia's Gernando Moreira got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute Todd Gronow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Lomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Esporte Club Bahia's zone, Todd Gronow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Lomba came out of the goal and Todd Gronow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Todd Gronow blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Lomba having to make a save. 6 minutes into the match, Esporte Club Bahia's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Gronow came free, but Marcelo Lomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Todd Gronow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcelo Lomba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Gronow in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Lomba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Gronow in the 16th minute of play forced Esporte Club Bahia's goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esporte Club Bahia's goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Todd Gronow took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Lomba. Marcelo Lomba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luiz Gustavo Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Janpier having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Todd Gronow managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Todd Gronow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Lomba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gernando Moreira hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Todd Gronow made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Lomba. Esporte Club Bahia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Esporte Club Bahia's Gernando Moreira got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Gronow in the 40th minute of play forced Esporte Club Bahia's goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Todd Gronow might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Lomba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Todd Gronow ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Lomba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Gronow in the 44th minute of the match. Todd Gronow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Lomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Gronow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Gustavo Paes to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Todd Gronow cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Marcelo Lomba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute Luiz Gustavo Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Lomba was a little too slow when Todd Gronow got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-6. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Andreas Harlén was substituted for Ildefonso Foro. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Gerardo Etxepare replaced Fabio Manuelo. Andreas Harlén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Marcelo Lomba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Club Bahia from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Todd Gronow managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Todd Gronow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Lomba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Hipolito Nafarroa hit a great ball. With a little luck, Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba got control of the ball when Todd Gronow tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 83 in the game by Todd Gronow from a close distance when the talented Marcelo Lomba managed to make a qualified save. Esporte Club Bahia's players were relieved. After 90 minutes of play, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Lomba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Mariusz Ratulowski was substituted for Todd Gronow. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
