In the 8th minute of the match, Ger Branca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ronnie Meck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Charmander City's Tobias Reuters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Run Run in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Charmander City getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Jairo Gaufred hit a great ball. Tobias Reuters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Koprowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Run Run in the 18th minute of play forced Charmander City's goalkeeper Tobias Reuters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Reuters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Run Run, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th match minute, Charmander City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Mino to maneuver through the defense. Charmander City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samba Fotboll U21 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Charmander City's Ger Branca got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ger Branca made a kick off. Run Run could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Tobias Reuters made a huge save. 56 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto van Beek threw the ball into play from the sideline. Charmander City's Prospero Velasco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 62nd minute, Run Run left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Charmander City made a substitution. Cristobal Jurgi replaced Ger Branca. 75 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Txeru threw the ball into play from the sideline. Samba Fotboll U21's Ioseba Ramirez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Charmander City getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Carlos Izquierdoz hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Charmander City's zone, Ioseba Ramirez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Reuters came out of the goal and Ioseba Ramirez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the game, 柯霖弘 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samba Fotboll U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charmander City the free kick. After 79 played minutes Samba Fotboll U21 got a freekick which was hit by 柯霖弘. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheikha Fellahi in the 82nd minute of play forced Samba Fotboll U21's goalkeeper Ronnie Meck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Joseph Holmberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samba Fotboll U21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Holmberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronnie Meck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Qwinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Jurgi came free, but Ronnie Meck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, Charmander City's Benigno Qwinton made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronnie Meck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clodoveo Txeru made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Samba Fotboll U21's Ioseba Ramirez. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
