Co Bayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Sesuldo Teijelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sesuldo Teijelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adilson Rocha in the 11th minute of play. Alijilán returns's Adilson Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ortzi Goxenola struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Victor Erauso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unikurdos United F.C.. 16 minutes into the match, Alijilán returns's Co Bayo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sesuldo Teijelo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Unikurdos United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aytuğ Aral came free, but Sesuldo Teijelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sly Noble got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Co Bayo. Daniel Fribäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Fribäck in the 23rd minute of play. Sesuldo Teijelo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adilson Rocha's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Daniel Fribäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unikurdos United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Fribäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Victor Erauso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victor Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Fribäck in the 39th minute of play. Victor Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Fribäck in the 40th minute of the match. Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Alijilán returns from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cyprian Sroki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo got control of the ball when Co Bayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute Cyprian Sroki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sesuldo Teijelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unikurdos United F.C. made a substitution. Rojelio Carrera replaced Daniel Fribäck. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Tartalo Bazquez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jacobo Azubeli, made in the 65th minute of the game. Victor Erauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorka Astola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Co Bayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Co Bayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Sesuldo Teijelo made a huge save. Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gorka Astola in the 81st minute of play. Unikurdos United F.C. were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Alijilán returns's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hever Zapatero took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hever Zapatero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victor Erauso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Genaro Oso hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rojelio Carrera in the 84th minute of play. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Unikurdos United F.C. from getting a goal against them. Genaro Oso hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Jairo Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sesuldo Teijelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Gorka Astola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victor Erauso. Alijilán returns's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gorka Astola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
