In the 18th minute, Candido Ospin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stamatis Ifantis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 21st minute 任树振 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Abadia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half ERGOTELIS were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Cervera made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jorge Cervera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stamatis Ifantis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. With a little luck, Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia got control of the ball when 任树振 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute of the match Los Piratas FC got a corner. ERGOTELIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 俞广扬 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Piratas FC's 俞广扬 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stamatis Ifantis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 65 minutes into the game, Moises Luzea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Stamatis Ifantis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ERGOTELIS's Stamatis Ifantis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Cervera in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Moises Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Ifantis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamatis Ifantis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cervera in the 77th minute of the match. Moises Luzea struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Stamatis Ifantis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Piratas FC. Stamatis Ifantis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Ospin's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. If Moises Luzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stamatis Ifantis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Candido Ospin went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. ERGOTELIS made a substitution. Lazaros Routsis replaced Panagiotis Agapakis. Martin Abadia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 任树振's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Piratas FC's zone, 任树振 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Abadia came out of the goal and 任树振 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute 任树振 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Piratas FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
