The Linterna verde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Ciseski‘s's goalkeeper Faustão de Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tirso Durango. 9 minutes into the match, Ciseski‘s's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Lewandowski came free, but Faustão de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ciseski‘s's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aurelio Cisneros was slow to take the kick. During this time Linterna verde's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tomasz Nienajadlo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ciseski‘s's Faustão de Moraes did a great save. If Aurelio Cisneros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ciseski‘s's Faustão de Moraes got control of the ball when Tirso Durango tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustão de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tirso Durango in the 17th minute. Hernani Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Edmond Boureau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciseski‘s's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmond Boureau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Jolis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Hernani Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 24 minutes, Jimeno Piquero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Faustão de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Lewandowski in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Ciseski‘s was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Silvar to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Cezary Lewandowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 73rd minute Aurelio Cisneros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ciseski‘s's zone, Cezary Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão de Moraes came out of the goal and Cezary Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Linterna verde made a substitution. Eate Urguia replaced Cezary Lewandowski. Faustão de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eate Urguia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustão de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tirso Durango in the 85th minute of the match. Aurelio Cisneros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustão de Moraes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Piquero in the 91st minute of play forced Ciseski‘s's goalkeeper Faustão de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eate Urguia took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustão de Moraes. Faustão de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Linterna verde fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ciseski‘s had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
