FC Mims's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafinha Cearense ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save FC Mims from getting a goal against them. Geovani Sanches who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Attilio Fiordelisi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Elia Panella fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Mims's protests and gave Elia Panella a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Elia Panella got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of FC Mims booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Mims's Fedele Carnevale tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ercole Trivelli hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Attilio Fiordelisi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovani Sanches in the 40th minute. Attilio Fiordelisi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovani Sanches went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Attilio Fiordelisi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy de Barros in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Attilio Fiordelisi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dito Quirino charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito Quirino in the 67th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, João Pedro Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jereba 4EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Pedro Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Mims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Fiordelisi should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jereba 4EVER fully deserved thier win.
