The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when KS Bozywerek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Buczko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christophe Troxler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Augustyn in the 18th minute of the match. Cristian Leizaur scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipo Carulla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, Yves Passot made a precise shot to the right of Felipo Carulla. KS Bozywerek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Kociniewski in the 33rd minute of play. Gu Sha Zhen struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Felipo Carulla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montevideo City Torque. Felipo Carulla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.
The wind increased when Yves Passot made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Antoine Cassar Torreggiani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Bozywerek and the Montevideo City Torque players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes KS Bozywerek got a freekick which was hit by Antoine Cassar Torreggiani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radowit Grabski in the 53rd minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Yves Passot could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Felipo Carulla however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Montevideo City Torque defense, Julian Kociniewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christophe Troxler. The Montevideo City Torque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christophe Troxler should have stopped the shot. Gu Sha Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Felipo Carulla made a huge save. 68 minutes into the game, Roch Buczko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KS Bozywerek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo City Torque the free kick. Montevideo City Torque's Reuben Meade was substituted for Cristian Leizaur. After a rather tough play, KS Bozywerek's Roch Buczko got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Kociniewski in the 76th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Agustín Álvarez came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Montevideo City Torque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Álvarez couldn't finish the play. Cyryl Hludzenski made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adrian Augustyn. After a rather tough play, KS Bozywerek's Cyryl Hludzenski got a free kick in the 87th minute. KS Bozywerek were furious when Alberto Valente was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 94 minutes into the game, one of KS Bozywerek:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Montevideo City Torque supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Montevideo City Torque would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
