In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Eliseu do Valle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match Bleber FC got a corner. corsaire nantais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bayındır Özkurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu do Valle having to interfere. If Nicodemo Saravia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. corsaire nantais's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
