Armando Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Knutsen in the 11th minute of the match. Glyn Wedlock made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Clemente Emesto sent off a good shot on target. If Hans-Kristian Aanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Emesto in the 23rd minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 29th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Ali Modrić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Glyn Wedlock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. William Knutsen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Armando Monico. Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ali Modrić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Glyn Wedlock made a huge save. Ali Modrić struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Glyn Wedlock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guiñazú FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

55 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Modrić came free, but Glyn Wedlock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glyn Wedlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Knutsen to maneuver through the defense. Guiñazú FC's Ali Modrić got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Glyn Wedlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Emesto in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Ali Modrić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Glyn Wedlock. Sagene IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Modrić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Bernad Velicia hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Emesto came free, but Glyn Wedlock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Lisandro Pagomari notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock. Glyn Wedlock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute of the match, William Knutsen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armando Monico was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. William Knutsen hit a great ball. Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Emesto in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guiñazú FC had won after a very even match.
