After having played for 6 minutes, Douglas Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambotinha EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Paulista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Moise Corduneanu hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Falcão Novaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrei Pavel was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. If Falcão Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fanaticii from getting a goal against them. Doğaner Doğu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Andrei Pavel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Léo Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrei Pavel made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Léo Souto sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Cambotinha EC were awarded a corner. Falcão Novaes went to the cornerflag to take it. Douglas Paulista made a great header on Cambotinha EC's corner, it was just that FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel managed to reach the ball for a save. Marius Măgură recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrei Pavel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Léo Souto went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Léo Souto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrei Pavel was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Horaţiu Zotincă hit a great ball. Léo Souto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Andrei Pavel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Novaes in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Léo Souto was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Cambotinha EC booed when FC Fanaticii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Jitaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrei Pavel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léo Souto in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrei Pavel saved FC Fanaticii from getting behind. Francisc Ciocâlteu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisc Ciocâlteu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Francisc Ciocâlteu hit a great ball. When Cambotinha EC's Léo Souto in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fanaticii's goalie prevented a goal. After 63 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Avram Prunaru. After having played for 66 minutes, Marius Măgură managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Fanaticii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marius Măgură was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrei Pavel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Fanaticii's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Falcão Novaes was slow to take the kick. During this time Cambotinha EC's players had a chance to rest. Falcão Novaes made a great header on Cambotinha EC's corner, it was just that FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel managed to reach the ball for a save. 73 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Novaes came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Léo Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Novaes in the 88th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Jitaru kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Souto in the 90th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Léo Souto made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Cambotinha EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
