Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Goiz in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fanaticii's zone, Tomás Goiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrei Pavel came out of the goal and Tomás Goiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Chaco For Ever's Luiz Paulo Teles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrei Pavel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Goiz came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Goiz came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Chaco For Ever's Tomás Goiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo Teles in the 26th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Belarmo in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Federico Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Teles in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Goiz in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrei Pavel saved FC Fanaticii from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Belarmo came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Avram Prunaru. Marius Măgură could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Manotham Grandessa made a huge save. Aurelian Enișteanu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelian Enișteanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After the first half Chaco For Ever were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Horaţiu Zotincă. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Federico Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaco For Ever's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Belarmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrei Pavel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Goiz in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrei Pavel saved FC Fanaticii from getting behind. After 65 minutes FC Fanaticii's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Even Flores who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Chaco For Ever's Even Flores to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrei Pavel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andrei Pavel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Andrei Pavel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Belarmo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrei Pavel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. When Federico Belarmo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Chaco For Ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Belarmo couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Goiz got free with Andrei Pavel in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrei Pavel came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chaco For Ever's Luiz Paulo Teles. But to his dismay, Luiz Paulo Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 87th minute Federico Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match Chaco For Ever got a corner. FC Fanaticii's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Even Flores ran over to the corner to take the kick. Even Flores made a great header on Chaco For Ever's corner, it was just that FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel managed to reach the ball for a save. 90 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Goiz came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Luiz Paulo Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrei Pavel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Chaco For Ever played a much better game than FC Fanaticii and deserved their victory. The FC Fanaticii players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
