Gösta Malmberg charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gösta Malmberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Gösta Malmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Westra Aros SK booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Corderun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Santo took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Söder. Stefan Söder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Santo in the 20th minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Stefan Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Westra Aros SK defense, Javier Santo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Söder. The Westra Aros SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Söder should have stopped the shot. Óscar Ruggieri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefan Söder having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Santo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Söder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Javier Santo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefan Söder having to make a save. Stefan Söder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Altos Gatos FC's Javier Santo in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Stefan Söder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Javier Santo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 51 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Justino Corderun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stefan Söder. That made the score 0-8 in the 68 minute of play. Agustin Villalobos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Stefan Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Linberg kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Abancens got free with Stefan Söder in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stefan Söder made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Carolo Abancens sent off a good shot on target. Stefan Söder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Garnero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Agustin Villalobos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Altos Gatos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
