Salelles's Truylos Bernal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladan Leszczynski in the 15th minute of play. But to his dismay, Matthew De la Torre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Truylos Bernal acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vladan Leszczynski. 23 minutes into the match, Salelles's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Libertad came free, but Truylos Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Turrilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Paulino Marin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Anacleto Libertad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Guacho Pistola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Libertad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulino Marin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Txema Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Txema Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Los Guacho Pistola booed when Salelles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txema Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Vladan Leszczynski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Truylos Bernal skillfully saved the ball. After 55 played minutes Salelles got a freekick which was hit by Txema Torres. When Jan Zuid came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Los Guacho Pistola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Zuid couldn't finish the play. Vinicio Turrilla came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rodrigo Toribio could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew De la Torre in the 81st minute of play forced Los Guacho Pistola's goalkeeper Rodrigo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Salelles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Txema Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rdth minute of the game Anacleto Libertad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salelles's Truylos Bernal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute Matthew De la Torre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anacleto Libertad in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Truylos Bernal saved Salelles from getting behind. A collision led to Salelles getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bizen Roig hit a great ball. Bizen Roig hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Vladan Leszczynski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Truylos Bernal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Salelles had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
