In the 3rd minute Urban Wennerquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Waaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joga Hem FC's Urban Wennerquist in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Åsnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urban Wennerquist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Urban Wennerquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christer Waaler. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christer Waaler should have stopped the shot. Åsnes's Christer Waaler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urban Wennerquist in the 19th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Urban Wennerquist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christer Waaler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Urban Wennerquist put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Christer Waaler. When Joga Hem FC's Urban Wennerquist in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dan Ødegaard charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Ødegaard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute, Dan Ødegaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urban Wennerquist in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Waaler saved Åsnes from getting behind. Christer Waaler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Wennerquist in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Urban Wennerquist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Leidland made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kristian Sandersen. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Urban Wennerquist took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Christer Waaler to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Åsnes's Christer Waaler got control of the ball when Bennvar Byth tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Patric Berglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åsnes's Christer Waaler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christer Waaler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Israel Blue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Israel Blue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Christer Waaler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 90 minutes on the clock, Fredrik Hebnes commited a dangerous tackle. Joga Hem FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Ersman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patric Berglund scored 0-7 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Waaler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
