Real Death Ducks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Ishmael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sylwester Fink took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Syd Cullen. Syd Cullen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Fink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Ishmael in the 16th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Syd Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ni Yong Lei hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Napoleon Klewinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ive Volckaerts who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Real Death Ducks's Ive Volckaerts to fire away a dangerous shot which Napoleon Klewinski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Franklin de Queiroz got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Napoleon Klewinski was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Ive Volckaerts got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Napoleon Klewinski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 32nd minute, Wen Feng Shi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Napoleon Klewinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ive Volckaerts in the 35th minute of the match. Syd Cullen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Napoleon Klewinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd match minute, Real Death Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Beach to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Ishmael in the 42nd minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Syd Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Carl Beach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Real Death Ducks players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV were winning 0-2.

Real Death Ducks's Syd Cullen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save Real Death Ducks from getting a goal against them. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Napoleon Klewinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Hultstrand in the 52nd minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Real Death Ducks's Franklin de Queiroz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Napoleon Klewinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 60 minutes, Marty Ødegaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Death Ducks and the FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Real Death Ducks got a freekick which was hit by Marty Ødegaard. The long shot by Mircea Boerescu in the 62nd minute really tested Syd Cullen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Real Death Ducks's Syd Cullen got control of the ball when Gaspar Ishmael tried to sneak it across the goal line. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Basarab Pătru was substituted for Karl-Michael Lindqvist. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV made a substitution. Lucrețiu Ţirpescu replaced Iordache Bugariu. In the 67th minute FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV were awarded a corner. Mircea Cigu went to the cornerflag to take it. 71 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Syd Cullen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Ţirpescu. Napoleon Klewinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Ive Volckaerts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basarab Pătru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Syd Cullen made a huge save. 80 minutes into the match, Gaspar Ishmael notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Real Death Ducks's Syd Cullen. Syd Cullen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Franklin de Queiroz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Napoleon Klewinski was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. When Real Death Ducks's Robin Hultstrand in 87 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Napoleon Klewinski guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After having played for 92 minutes, Wen Feng Shi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Death Ducks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wen Feng Shi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
