After 3 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Julien Cappels. Emanuel Grammet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abel de Godoi in the 5th minute. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Emanuel Grammet got control of the ball when Abel de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Emanuel Grammet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivedos. Fox Hunting Squad's Emanuel Grammet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Fox Hunting Squad from getting a goal against them. Olivedos's Agostinho Cosme managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lennart Dujardin in the 14 minute of the game. Emanuel Grammet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Sampaio in the 15th minute of play. After 19 minutes Olivedos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joachim Vleminx who took care of the corner kick. Abelardo Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nic Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Nic Adams came free, but Abelardo Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nic Adams's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Maranhense was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Olivedos's Luís Novaes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Julien Cappels, made in the 30th minute of the game. Abelardo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nic Adams in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Emanuel Grammet got control of the ball when Abel de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Tony Schmidt with Cássio Ferraz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Julien Cappels got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes in the game, Cássio Ferraz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Emanuel Grammet having to interfere.

Abelardo Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jozef Gielis, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Cássio Ferraz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Emanuel Grammet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel de Godoi went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Joachim Vleminx put in a rough tackle. In the 63rd minute, one of Fox Hunting Squad:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fox Hunting Squad. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Olivedos. Cássio Ferraz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuel Grammet. 2-1. Ralf Bourgeois hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Emanuel Grammet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisinho Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fox Hunting Squad's Lennart Dujardin got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abel de Godoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Grammet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. If Lennart Dujardin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisinho Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Fox Hunting Squad booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the game, Julien Cappels threw the ball into play from the sideline. Olivedos's Luís Novaes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fox Hunting Squad's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Olivedos had won, even though Fox Hunting Squad had held more of the ball.
