Cláudio Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hisham Mumtaz in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Red Bull Magnus's goal looked a bit too open when Yin Bing came free, but Cláudio Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bass Dost could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Farid Ayham made a huge save. A collision led to Red Bull Magnus getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Zhao Lin Zhi hit a great ball. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Erdem Tekinsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bass Dost in the 21st minute of play forced Atletico Beirut's goalkeeper Farid Ayham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farid Ayham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bass Dost in the 23rd minute of the match. Bass Dost fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Ayham having to interfere. Farid Ayham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bass Dost in the 32nd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 39 minutes into the game, when Arif Egemen Karaca put in a rough tackle. Bass Dost shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Kjell Hök's late challenge caught a Atletico Beirut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Hök helped the player get up and apologised. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Harri, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 46 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Atletico Beirut's Florencio Harri fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Erdem Tekinsoy made a kick off. After some careless play in the Atletico Beirut defense, Bass Dost kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farid Ayham. The Atletico Beirut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farid Ayham should have stopped the shot. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Harri, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Bakr Wade kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Red Bull Magnus's Richard Hefter was substituted for Bass Dost. Bakr Wade hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, You Wei Xing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Bull Magnus's supporters rose to their feet, but You Wei Xing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Farid Ayham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 minutes Atletico Beirut's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Bäck who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Axel Bäck got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Farid Ayham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Bull Magnus's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mostafa Jabal was slow to take the kick. During this time Atletico Beirut's players had a chance to rest. In the 73rd minute Atletico Beirut were awarded a corner. Mostafa Jabal went to the cornerflag to take it. Bakr Wade was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ali Erdem Tekinsoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cláudio Bittencourt made a huge save. If Richard Hefter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Hefter took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farid Ayham. Farid Ayham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Farid Ayham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Hefter in the 83rd minute of play. Red Bull Magnus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Florencio Harri scored to the left of an out of position Cláudio Bittencourt, making the score, 3-1. 91 minutes into the match, Red Bull Magnus's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Harri came free, but Cláudio Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atletico Beirut's Aziz Mumtaz was substituted for Ali Erdem Tekinsoy. 96 minutes into the match, You Wei Xing had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Farid Ayham. Atletico Beirut's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that You Wei Xing was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Red Bull Magnus were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Atletico Beirut for a fine match.
