The audience was convinced that Nestor Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florentino Ospin was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. The Simbo FC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Simbo FC's Nestor Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Florentino Ospin came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Simbo FC's Nestor Sancho. But to his dismay, Nestor Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nestor Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Simbo FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nestor Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Ospin having to interfere. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when Morabem EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Serra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Ospin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tincho Palermo in the 25th minute of the match. The corner ended in Ceferino Cordera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mané Nascimento got free with Mías Khalifa in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Tincho Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Boleslaw Sidorowicz took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florentino Ospin. Florentino Ospin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 44th minute, Tincho Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After the first half Simbo FC were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Morabem EC made a substitution. Christian Gomes replaced Mané Nascimento. The wind increased when Tincho Palermo made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Morabem EC's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Sidorowicz came free, but Florentino Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán was substituted for Tincho Palermo. After 60 minutes Morabem EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sabri Ravelli who took care of the corner kick. Nestor Sancho made a great header on Simbo FC's corner, it was just that Morabem EC's Florentino Ospin managed to reach the ball for a save. 62 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florentino Ospin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miliano Sacristán scored 0-8 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florentino Ospin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simbo FC made a substitution. Niceto Nafarroa replaced Boleslaw Sidorowicz. Miliano Sacristán's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florentino Ospin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merih Ünalmış, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Morabem EC's Florentino Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miliano Sacristán in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Honorato Bibiano hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Miliano Sacristán dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florentino Ospin, 0-9. Morabem EC's Florentino Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miliano Sacristán in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Morabem EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nestor Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Florentino Ospin came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán. But to his dismay, Miliano Sacristán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. After having played for 92 minutes, Miliano Sacristán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miliano Sacristán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Simbo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Morabem EC throughout the match.
