In the 4th match minute, Dominico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Ondino to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dominico F.C.'s Sven-Olof Tinglöv got a free kick in the 6th minute. Aquiles Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Gomez, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Maximino Veronica made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Lapurdi. Dominico F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aquiles Lapurdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Veronica in the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Dominico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Gomez came free, but Aquiles Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dominico F.C.'s zone, Ricardo Gomez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Lapurdi came out of the goal and Ricardo Gomez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 minutes of play, Vodka Juniors's Maximino Veronica made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Lapurdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute, Maximino Veronica made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Lapurdi. Dominico F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 34 played minutes Vodka Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Bartuelo. Aquiles Lapurdi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Veronica went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Jacinto Cayo's late challenge caught a Dominico F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Cayo helped the player get up and apologised. Jacinto Cayo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Felipe Cordeara struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Flavio Mancio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dominico F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Gomez in the 43rd minute of play forced Dominico F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Lapurdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Felipe Cordeara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Mancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximino Veronica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vodka Juniors's Flavio Mancio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Cordeara in the 52nd minute of play. Flavio Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Cordeara, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Ricardo Gomez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aquiles Lapurdi, 0-5. In the 64th match minute, Vodka Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Cayo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dominico F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Amadeo Maule hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Vodka Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Cayo to maneuver through the defense. Vodka Juniors made a substitution. Placido Polo replaced Maximino Veronica. In the 72nd minute, Jeronimo Ondino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Dominico F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Lapurdi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Polo. 79 minutes into the match, Felipe Cordeara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Mancio. Vodka Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Cordeara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Vodka Juniors's Ruben Aztore was substituted for Ricardo Gomez. Vodka Juniors's Faustino Totakoxe was substituted for Roberto Bartuelo. In the 85th minute, Vodka Juniors's Placido Polo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquiles Lapurdi. Aquiles Lapurdi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Placido Polo in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Lapurdi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the match, Vodka Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Cordeara came free, but Flavio Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ruben Aztore came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Vodka Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruben Aztore couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Vodka Juniors could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dominico F.C. throughout the match.
